You customize it with our signature garlic vinegar and a range of tomato-based sauces, from mild to fiery, to make it just right for you.

From Farmers Markets to a Full-Service

Egyptian Vegan Restaurant Koshari Mama began as a passion project at local farmers markets, sharing Egyptian vegan dishes like koshari and roasted eggplant with the community. After a pop-up at Bow Market in Somerville, we opened the doors to our full-service restaurant at 585 Somerville Ave. in 2021. Here, we continue to cook with heart, bringing you vibrant, plant-based flavors inspired by our heritage.

Come hungry — leave nourished.
